1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Prime Clean Ops ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Prime Clean Ops on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activity that occurs under your account; ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date; notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@primecleanops.com.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Prime Clean Ops offers four subscription tiers: Solo, Growth, Campus, and Enterprise. Pricing is set by our Super Admin and displayed at primecleanops.com/plans. Prices are shown in GBP (£) in the United Kingdom, EUR (€) in France, and PLN (zł) in Poland, depending on the country on your account.
- Solo: Up to 2 users
- Growth: Up to 10 users
- Campus: Up to 30 users (+ per-user fee)
- Enterprise: Unlimited users (+ per-user fee)
Polish list pricing for monthly plans is 99 zł (Solo), 349 zł (Growth), 649 zł (Campus) and 1,499 zł (Enterprise). The plans page always carries the current rates.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be suspended. Trial data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
5. Payment, Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are billed as a single payment. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
6. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: no refund for partial months. Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund available within 30 days of annual payment if you cancel, minus any discount applied for annual billing. To request a refund: support@primecleanops.com. Free trial users are not eligible for refunds. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts; interfere with platform operations or security; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; use the platform to process data in violation of applicable laws; resell or sublicense access without prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Prime Clean Ops and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Prime Clean Ops Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The DPA governs our processing of personal data on your behalf as your Data Processor. Contact privacy@primecleanops.com to request a DPA.
Statutory retention: accounting and tax records are retained in line with local obligations — 6 years in the UK (HMRC), 10 years in France (Code de commerce, art. L123-22), and 5 years in Poland counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline fell (Ordynacja podatkowa, art. 86 § 1). These obligations take precedence over an erasure request.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Clean Ops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to the statutory retention periods above.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence: French subscribers may also have rights under the French Code de la consommation, and Polish subscribers under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and consumer-protection rules overseen by the President of UOKiK (uokik.gov.pl). Disputes will first be addressed through our support team at support@primecleanops.com.
